Why Manage Fatigue?
Many of us suffer from tiredness, exhaustion and fatigue, believing that this is a state of normality and can’t be changed. We do not have to accept fatigue as part of our normal state of being. Fatigue has so many facets to it and there are so many ways to revitalise our energy levels that we do not have to settle for our current level.
Do you Ask Yourself?
Why am I so tired?
Is this how I am supposed to be feeling?
Will this be my energy levels for the rest of my life?
Am I more tired because I am getting older or is it my condition?
When we are fatigued we can enter ‘survival mode’ rather than fully living, this comes alongside insomnia, exhaustion, brain fog, stress, as well as aches and pains (Fibromyalgia).
We then often reach to the things we feel support us (either consciously or subconsciously) things like caffeine, sugar, food …etc. which although give us an instant boost these do not last or help in the long term. This is NOT our normal state of being and we ALL have the power to change this
